Return Eligibility
- Notification Period: You have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us if you wish to return an item. For example, if your item was delivered on the 5th, you have until the 12th to initiate a return.
- Eligible Returns: Items with damage, quality issues, or wrong sizes due to our mistake are eligible for return or refund.
- Ineligible Returns: Items where the wrong size or color was chosen by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Please contact us first to discuss your return issue, and we will provide the address of the nearest production center for you to send your return.
Return Condition
- Ensure items are returned in the same condition as received. Returns not meeting our policy will not be accepted.
Order through Guest Checkout
- If you used guest checkout, please contact our Customer Service to start your return process.
Custom Orders
- Items made to your specifications are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). We will refund the full price and original delivery fee for items that meet our Returns Policy. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Faulty Items
- If you receive an item in flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t match the description, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a return for a full refund.
How to Return
- Email us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with the Return Address of our Production Center.
